Description:
The LeaderSHIP WP4 Workshop brings together project partners to co-develop transnational training solutions for the maritime sector. The workshop focuses on building the LeaderSHIP Transnational Course Catalogue, including identifying joint pilot courses and developing modular and collaborative training approaches.

Participants will also review upcoming pilot trainings (June 2026 – February 2027), discuss timelines, implementation capacity, and strategies to increase learner participation. In addition, the workshop will explore solutions for the online learning platform, including sustainability and the future use of training materials.

The session concludes with a commitment to action, defining next steps, responsibilities, and coordination among partners.
